Job description:  

-        Define production targets with management; 

-        Setting up teams and allocating tasks ; 

-        Manage your team's schedule ; 

-        Liaise between management and work crews; 

-        Ensure the maintenance of equipment and materials; 

-        Readjust pace or objectives if necessary; 

-        Ensure production targets; 

-        Maintain stock of materials and equipment in collaboration with the storekeeper; 

Profile:

You have the ability to manage a team, and are a good listener and empath. 

You have a real ability to pass on and share your know-how, and a sense of responsibility. 

You are able to make suggestions and be creative. Your rigor and attention to detail are among your key qualities. 

Versatility is a plus. 

You must have a CAP/BP with at least 10/15 years' experience
